Granbury Gardens Bed & Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Please take note of our policies below:

• Our rooms are equipped with either a King or Queen size bed.  We allow for only 2 guests per room and do not provide roll-away beds for additional guests.  Parties of more than 2 will need to book additional room(s).

• A two-night minimum stay is required on all major holidays and special event days.

• Rates/policies are subject to change. Rates may vary during major holidays and special events or to accommodate special requests.

• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

• Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

• Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises.

• We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 18 or pets.
