Policies

  • Granbury Gardens Bed and Breakfast is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee.

  • A two night minimum stay is required on all major holidays.

  • Cancellation Policy: Seven-days advanced notice is required for a full refund.   A charge equal to one night’s stay will be assessed with less than seven-days notice of cancellation.

  • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

  • Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

  • No Smoking; however, designated outdoor areas are available.

  • Sorry, we are unable to accommodate small children.
